Express Sessions are great for clients who have teeth sensitivity and cannot sit through a standard 60 minute session comfortably. Two sessions (1 month apart) will be necessary to achieve optimal results.

Whitening Sessions are perfect for clients who want optimal and noticeable teeth whitening. Whitening Sessions can be booked with 3 month intervals if additional whitening is desired.

Hollywood Sessions are the best for anyone wanting to achieve the brightest smile possible in a short amount of time. This session-type can cause discomfort for those with teeth sensitivity. These sessions have 6 month booking intervals.

EATING
Make sure you eat prior to your whitening treatment. We recommend waiting an hour before you eat or drink anything, besides water.
DENTAL CLEANING
To achieve best results make sure you've had a dental cleaning within 6 months of your treatment.
PIERCINGS
Take out piercings that are in your mouth.
SORES/ CUTS
Be sure you have no sores or cuts in your mouth as this will cause discomfort.

FIRST HOUR
Drink only water and don’t eat anything for one hour after your teeth whitening treatment.
FIRST 24 HOURS
For the first 24 hours after whitening, do not to consume food or drinks that are likely to cause stains. Such as blueberries, tomato sauces, beets, carrots, red wine, coffee, tea, colas, etc.
WHITE SPOTS ON TEETH
In some cases you may see white spots on certain areas on your teeth. These are typically caused by calcium deposits or very porous teeth. These will normally disappear within 24 hours.
WHITE SPOTS ON GUMS
Should you have any scrapes or cuts on your gums you may see some white spots and/or feel some sensitivity during your whitening session. These will normally disappear within 24 hours.
SENSITIVITY
A small percentage of people will have minor tooth and/or gum sensitivity. This normally dissipates within 30 minutes. If sensitivity persists, use a toothpaste developed for sensitivity.
TOUCH UP TREATMENTS
After your initial whitening session a 30-minute "touch-up" session every 3 to 6 months is recommended. This could be at home or at one of our studio locations.
TOUCH UP AT HOME
You can also purchase a whitening + aftercare gel and simply add to your toothpaste nightly to whiten and prevent restaining.
