NO MASCARA should be on your natural lashes when you arrive to your appointment. If mascara removal is required, a $10 fee will be applied towards your balance due. 

Single-Pay Appointments are not eligible for refills. To schedule refills sign up for a Lash Membership here.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LASH REMOVAL BY OTHER TECHNICIANS THAT HAS CAUSED LASH DAMAGE OR LASH LOSS. 

No company is allowed during appointments.

IF APPOINTMENT IS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, A $30 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.
